Australia has been amazing so far! We survived the 15 hour flight on the biggest plane I’ve ever seen in my life, and Eric and I have been overwhelmed with the beauty of this incredible place!
As I sit back stage and shuffle VIPs and speakers on and off the stage, I try to listen to the content and take a few morsels of wisdom with me from the show. That said, about five minutes ago, I heard our client say something that really resonated with me…
“People do not care how much you know, until they know how much you care.”
To me, this goes back to our core values…
– Possessing the willingness to be inconvenienced with a smile
– Always doing the next right thing
– Putting client satisfaction before profit
…these things are all manifestations of how much The Event Lounge team cares about our clients, our vendors, each other and our product. And because of the care, concern and consideration we show in all we do, people will be attracted to us and want to do business with us.
The high level of care we exhibit is visible in all we do…and it does make a difference!!! I am so thankful that I have a team that truly CARES, and shows it in everything we do.
