The new year is always a great time to explore new places! From Deep Ellum to North Dallas to Fort Worth and beyond, DFW’s restaurant scene is a food lover’s paradise and an event planner’s playground. We’ve put together a short list of some of our favorite new local hot spots that are ideal for dinner out or a unique corporate event!

Easy Slider

Everyone’s favorite food truck is opening a store front … and we are thrilled about it!

Take a moment to absorb how wonderful this news is.  Easy Slider’s brick and mortar store will be located in Deep Ellum and will serve your food truck favorites plus a variety of new additions, including desserts and adult beverages. This new location would be a great stop-off for a dine-around or fam tour. And, of course, their amazing food truck is always a crowd-pleaser on-site at any event.

HUB Streat

Downtown Plano continues its renaissance with new restaurants, pubs, and entertainment areas.  The newest development to the west of the downtown area is HUB Streat – a multipurpose venue that includes custom menus, craft brews, pet friendly areas, and a live music venue.  There will also be space for food trucks, fire pits, and private events; this new local HOT SPOT will definitely be a popular stop as spring approaches!

Rock & Brews

New development is booming on the North side of the metroplex.  If you’re ever in The Colony, look for our new business development manager Chelsa Baker at this new hot spot.  “Rock & Brews is one of my new favorites in the North Dallas area! I love that they have a dog friendly patio and a huge wall dedicated to showcasing legendary rockers. My husband and I go for a date night and sit in the concert area listening to rock songs or go as a family and play the outdoor games. The restaurant is owned by Gene Simmons and he has made a few surprise appearances.” This unique space would also be amazing for a large private corporate event … and allows for countless entertainment and décor enhancements.

Wild Salsa

This downtown Dallas staple has made the leap to Fort Worth, and we could not be more excited!  The combination of unique flavors and traditional flair make this one of our favorite local eateries.  The restaurant also offers private dining space for a variety of events and includes customizable menu options, including their specialty margaritas!
