Jordan is the Operations Manager/Details Diva at The Event Lounge. Born and raised right here in the heart of DFW, Jordan then moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas to pursue her degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Arkansas (Woo pig sooie!). Her 4 years in the Natural State instilled in her a love for nature, camping, and being outdoors, even after she made the move back to Dallas to begin her career.
Since returning home, Jordan has worked in the marketing, events, and destination management industries, planning and executing events for groups of 20 to 2,000. She has experience in ground transportation, theme conception, large floorpans, registration, entertainment, production … just about everything under the event sun! What makes Jordan most excited is the opportunity to take an idea and put the details in place to create a truly unique, curated experience for guests that makes them want to get out their cameras, and go “Wow!!”
Strengths: Creative Event Design, Logistics Management, Contract Negotiation, Multitasking, and Large Scale Floor Plans
Passions: Traveling, being outdoors (especially in the fall), reading anything Historical, learning something new, and cooking for her family and friends.
Most Memorable Event Moment: I drove a $250,000 Aston Martin through the doors of a hotel, into a tiny service elevator, and then backed it into a ballroom to set as a prop for an event. My heart was pounding the whole time trying not to hit anything!
